What is a somewhat cheap good photoshop to get?
Ones that can edit them and make them look retro and cool along with also being able to edit features and bring things out, change things, etc.etc.

I need things that can alter the image and take out imperfections whilst also being able to make the colors stand out,etc.

It depends on your skill level and what u plan to do with it. GIMP is a free image editor, which will work good for a beginner. if u r not serious with it then i would recommend photoshop CS 2 is cheaper. Photoshop CS 3 is the newest. there is a basic version which will run u around $500* depends where u buy it. Theres a extended version for more serious editors thats runs for around $1000*. There is also a master collection which is round $2000-$3000*.
*these price figures r estimating. i havent look at prices in awhile they may have dropped.
