How to correctly set the resolution on an LCD screen panel
An amazing amount of people have the resolution on their LCD screen panels set incorrectly. While it still display, it doesn’t look quite right and everything is a little blurry. Luckily it’s really easy to fix.Laptop LCD Screen(LCD Screen )
The easiest way to find out if your LCD screen panel’s resolution is set incorrectly in the first place is to open up a text editor like Word, Wordpad, or Notepad and type something in a fairly small font like 12 point. Then look closely at the edges of the letters. If they look a little blurred then you’re at the wrong resolution. The reason this happens is that your monitor has a set number of pixels built into it. If you get reeeeeally close to the monitor, you can see them. They’re like little squares. So let’s say your monitor has 1280 pixels in a horizontal row. If your resolution is set at 1024 wide, it has to stretch every pixel so it appears to hang over 25% into the next cell. So if you have black text on a white background, the pixel next to where the edge of a letter is will be 25% gray to create the illusion that it’s crossing over into 1/4 of the next pixel. But really this just makes everything look blurry, which can be hard on your eyes. So it’s time to fix it if you see that blur.papatek
There are two options for how to do this. The best is to find the model number on the back of your screen panel and look it up at the manufacturer’s site. Like if you have an Acer AL1703 then go to Acer’s website and look up the specs for the AL1703. It will say the resolution in a format like 1280×1024. That means 1280 pixels wide by 1024 pixels tall. When you find the correct resolution, you need to set your computer to display in a matching resolution to prevent blurring.USB WIRELESS LAN Adapter(WIRELESS USB LAN Adapter)

To do that, right click on an empty spot on the desktop and click properties. Then go to the settings tab and you should see a screen similar to the one shown in the attached image. The slider that’s highlighted in red in the image is what changes the resolution.FM Transmitter(iPhone FM Transmitters )
This brings up the other option besides looking up your resolution online. Just change to different resolutions until one looks right. Click apply every time you make a change to preview what it looks like. Once you have no more blurry text, it’s set correctly. Otherwise dial in the exact resolution that your monitor uses and then click apply to make sure it’s correct and click ok once you have it set correctly.
Changing the resolution will cause some monitors to be a little confused and split all the pixels into the next pixel cell even at the correct resolution. papatek If that happens, you’ll need to find the Auto button on the monitor itself and press it. Almost all LCD screen panels have one. It aligns all the pixels properly and makes sure that the edges of the display area don’t run off the edge of the screen panel.

Help with ps3 picture quality on HD TV?
I have a PS3 and just upgraded from an older 27 in standard TV to a 55 inch Samsung HD TV. As I play games like MLB The Show 10, the picture just doesn’t seem all that much more crisp than when I played it on my standard TV. There is certainly not a huge WOW factor that I expected. All of the font looks way better and easier to read, but its more just the players that look a little blurry and the faces just look a little odd.
-I have the HDMI cable connected
-I have it on “Game Mode”
Also, around the edges of the players jersey’s and faces it just looks a little blurry.
you will have to press setup on your tv > go to picture settings> there should be an option “sharpness” move it around until the edges start to go away.
If that does not solve the problem then on your ps3 go to SETTINGS> Display settings and mess around with them
Do the same to Video settings
