Notebook is one of those applications that people use, because it starts quickly, is lightweight and does many things that you need to. And then there are other solutions, like there Notepad + + Notepad2 , and many others. For some people, even those that may be overkill, however.
This is where Metapad This application is entering its now celebrating its 10th anniversary, which means that it has been around the block and back. Its withstood the test of time, but there are still all kinds of people who swear by this application and rightly so. Metapad not meant to be a powerful Notepad replacement. Rather than continue to focus on staying small in size, but adding features that could be very useful in everyday life. This includes such things as:

Where can i download free fonts from?
I need to download some fonts, im looking for HAMBURG TS LIGHT, JOHNSTON LIGHT and some others. I have found sites but they ask for $45 or more!
Id rather download them for free if possible.

Xbox 360 VGA jaggies and shadow lines?
I recently bought a VGA cable for my xbox 360, so I could plug it into my 19″ LCD monitor (not widescreen, 4:3). The picture works and everything, except I am having a bit of a problem. I run at 1280×1024 btw.
The quality is better in the colour and lighting department except I get quite alot of jagged edges and there are lots of shadowy lines around things, particularly on fonts.
Anyone have an idea why this is happening or how I can fix it? It’s not my monitor by the way, I also tried it on another one I have. Also, buying a new monitor or a HDTV isn’t an option.

….it IS 4:3
The 360 is likely sending a standard definition (640×480) signal to the monitor. You should set it to output at 720p.
You also might have some distortion due to your monitor being 5:4 resolution, not 4:3.
